PGSA is fully committed to the development of our players love for the game and
fundamental skill development as a player.
The PGSA Youth Academy is strictly a player’s development program. The PGSA
Youth Academy’s philosophy is one of playing to learn the sport of soccer
properly while minimizing the intense pressure to win. This philosophy is
emphasized in every training session and match. The PGSA Youth Academy coaching
staff is specially selected and trained to provide this introduction to select
soccer in an environment conducive to learning and having FUN!
Every training session will focus on technical ability of each player. The
psychology of young players must focus on enjoyment of the sport.
