5 v 5 Summer Play at the SoccerPlex -- U11 to U14 The PGSA will offer 5 v 5 mini-matches with small goals for girls and boys at the Pitt-Greenville SoccerPlex on Wednesday evenings. Each Wednesday players will show and be placed on teams. No standings or scores will be kept, and no coaching will be permitted. Teams will change each Wednesday. This open play is designed simply to allow the kids to enjoy and learn the game on their own. Rising U11 and U12 players will play from 5:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Rising U13 and U14 players will play from 6:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Play dates: June 24; July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. Registration Fee: $20 for all sessions. There is no pre-registration and the fee is due at first attended session. The full registration fee is due whether you attend one session or all six. USSF Referee Clinics Clinics for new USSF referees certifying at the 08 level: 08 Entry Level Clinic #1 -- Boyd Lee Park, 5184 Corey Road, Greenville, on the dates/times below. The cost of the certification clinic is $67 and you must attend all sessions. To register, send an email to instructor Kevin Wolf (refdoc@ncisp.net). This is the recommended clinic for new potential referees who are 14 years or older and wish to officiate in the Greenville area.
